Placing an order on our website:
- Once you decide what you would like to order, select the format (e.g. print, download, etc) and enter the quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”
- Continue shopping for other items, or if you are finished, click “View Cart.”
- To remove an item from the cart, click the “X” to the left of the product picture.
- To change the quantity for an item, change the number in the “Quantity” box, then click “Update Cart.”
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- After you enter your billing and shipping details, an order summary (including sales tax to California addresses and the shipping charge) will show at the bottom of the page.
- The shipping method will default to “U.S. Delivery.” (Our website is not set up to calculate international freight. If you want to ship to an address outside the U.S., please email our office at info@joyofliving,org, or call us at (805) 650-0838.)
- Follow the online instructions for entering your payment, then click “Place Order.”
- Remember, if you prefer to be invoiced for your order, please order by phone (800-999-2703) or email.
Shipping information:
Website orders are normally shipped within one business day after we receive them. They will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, whichever is less expensive.
- If you need your order to arrive by a particular date and think it may require rush shipping, please call us to place the order.
Shipping charges for website orders
Because these orders are prepaid at the time you place the order—before we package and weigh them—shipping is charged as a percentage of the total order amount (no freight is charged on downloadable items):
U.S. Delivery:
- From $.01 to $9.99 = 51%
- From $10.00 to $19.99 = 41%
- From $20.00 to $29.99 = 26%
- From $30.00 to $89.99 = 18%
- From $90.00 and up = $11%
Order confirmation
When you complete your website order, you will see the Order Confirmation page, and you will also receive an email from “info@joyofliving.org” with the subject “Your Joy of Living Bible Studies order…”. If you placed an order for items to be downloaded, the download links will be in this email.
